????As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will build a motivated, well balanced and multicultural work force to grow .
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company talent needs
2. Handle full cycle recruitment process from talent planning till negotiating the offer and employee onboarding.
3. Prepare and coordinate yearly recruitment planning, gather data from hiring managers and plan recruitment budget.
4. Provide inclusive and positive candidate experience.
5. Conduct research about various local and cross border recruitment channels and market trends.
6. Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, recruitment agencies, universities, students organizations, industry associations.
7. Plan and execute employee onboarding sessions online and in person.
8. Update and analyze recruitment data, introduce and implement new practices based on the analyzed data.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:????
• 2 years of working experience in recruitment.
• Experience in proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Social media and other channels.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Very good organization skills and accuracy with attention to detail.
• Very good listening and communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus – you enjoy helping people.
• Experience in working in start up companyes.
• Problem solving skills in an HR setting.
