We are hiring:
Employee Relations Expert

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, analyze, and resolve complex situations in conjunction with business leaders and HRBP.
• Demonstrated creative problem solving and a high level of discernment and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Leadership abilities including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting. Data oriented and analytic.

Education/Relevant Experience:
• Minimum of three years Human Resources experience with emphasis on interpersonal relationship building, employee relations and problem solving. First-hand experience of supporting organizational changes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
